We ordered some conchos online through eBay. When they were delivered they weren't what we thought they would be. We thought we ordered drawer knobs. I had received an email from them with my order so I went to their website and found the adapters. I spoke to someone about my concern that the adapters might be more shiny than the conchos and I was assured once you put them together you would not be able to tell, but if I wasn't satisfied I could return them. Then the adapters were delivered and he was right. The drawer knobs look awesome. I am more than pleased with my purchase and the care and concern of the person I dealt with. The product is beautiful and well made. I would order from them again.
