PT00001   Western Concho Hair Barrette.  Includes a 2-inch diameter black elastic band and a concho adapter screw.  The elastic band slips through an rectangular opening at the top of the screw.  It is then screwed into the Concho of your choice.  Can be used on any Concho we have available.
